Our Factory
Our 37000 square foot factory is located in Ruislip in West London and is ideally located for our London centric client base. Having one of the largest joinery factories in London enables us to undertake large volume prestigious projects as well as bespoke individual pieces.
Delivering nationwide in the UK and globally to our clients projects overseas, we are no longer limited by geography.
Design Studio
Our design studio is based in our factory offices and is equipped with solidworks 3D design software to enable all items to be fully 3D modelled using the top of the range computers. We can present the designs to the clients in 3D online, over email or in person and also export full 2D technical drawings for formal sign off. Our design teams decades of experience translates into efficient production of highly complex bespoke designs tailored precisely to our clients design intent and inspiration.
Machining Department
Our team of highly experienced machinists leverage the precision and speed of our computer controlled automated machinery such as our 3 Axis CNC, Beam Saw, Vertical Drilling CNC, Edgebander as well as traditional machinery such as veneer stitchers, heated presses, spindle moulders, drum sanders, planers, thicknessers, linishers, bandsaws, dimension saws to name a few. The machining floor of the factory is a hive of activity and prepares complex components for the next stage of production.
Assembly Department
We are fortunate to have an extremely talented team of highly experienced joiners and frame makers which bring with them a wealth of skill and talent to carry out the intricate hand work and assembly work to take the precision machined components and assemble these into the stunning pieces of furniture and joinery that we design. The team are equipped with the latest festool, lamello and mafell tools and use them to great effect. The joiners have dedicated dimension saws, bandsaws, morticers and other machines to ensure they can work efficiently and accurately. The joiners carefully prepare the items for the next stages of production by carefully sanding and marking up the components for spray finishing and or upholstery.
Sprayshop Department
The sprayshop is a crowning jewel in the factory, with two spray booths, a large drying room and a large preparation area. The sprayshop team carries out their final preparation on everything they receive and ensures it is ready for the finish required. We do every conceivable finish including but not limited to primer, stain and lacquer, full paint finish, high gloss polyester finish in clear or pigmented finishes, liquid metal finishes which can be smooth, textured and antiqued or patinated. The scope of finishes we can achieve is limitless and is only constrained by the imagination.
Upholstery Department
The upholstery department is equipped with an array of specialist industrial grade sewing machines, foam conversion machines/tools along with each upholsterers hand tool kit. The spacious area includes specialist fabric cutting, preparation tables, sewing machines area, upholsterers benches, assembly area, vast fabric/leather storage area and the dedicated feather room. This space enables out highly experienced team to prepare the foam, feathers and fabric/leather elements for all of our upholstery work in house which is a rarity in the UK let alone in London. Our upholsterers take enormous pride in the upholstery work we produce and the results speak for themselves.
Quality Control and Logistics Department
We have a dedicated quality control and wrapping area for the final stages of quality control inspections and wrapping of every item. By utilising robust wrapping materials we ensure the products reach you in perfect condition and our team will unwrap the items for you so that all the wrappings can be returned to factory not only to remove mess from our clients properties but to be as environmentally conscious as possible by reusing any parts of the wrapping which are suitable for re-use such as blue foam corner protectors. Our fleet of delivery vehicles ensure we can deliver the items safely and securely whether it’s a local delivery or to another country.
Installation Department
Headed up by our project managers, our installation teams are equipped with the latest festool, lamello and mafell tool kits to ensure any work which needs to be carried out on site can be completed to the highest standards with the minimal amount of dust being created. Our tools dust management systems enable us to work in clients properties ensuring we can leave the area in as condition as we found it. Our team of installers are first and foremost joiners, they are exceptionally skilled and are equally comfortable working in clients premises or our factory to prepare the items for installation. Every stage of production is integral to the success of each project and the last impression our installation leaves is one of the reasons our customers are so loyal and trust us to deliver the most complex and prestigious projects for them.
