Etons bespoke foundations are built first and foremost on the team of designers and craftsmen that combine traditional principles, modern manufacturing methods and decades of skills and experience to enable us to create the most unusual and bespoke items for our discerning clients. Secondly our state of the art workshop in West London enables us to manufacture virtually anything our clients can imagine and is ideally located for central London projects. We often ship and fit items globally and have been fortunate enough to work on several projects in Monaco, Switzerland and France to name a few locations. As a team we are natural problem solvers and relish the opportunity to create the most challenging, striking and unusual furniture and joinery that is possible.
Lifecyle of a Project
Our team of in house designers work closely with our craftsmen to refine client inspirations and intents into fully 3D modelled highly complex designs. These designs are produced in solidworks which offers the highest level of technical details to be achieved and output accurately and efficiently to the machinery in our state of the art factory to manufacture.
Once all the components have been machined, these then progress onto our joinery department where our team of highly skilled joiners carry out the intricate handwork and assembly to confirm everything fits together correctly and accurately in line with our detailed production drawings. Once everything has been quality checked, it then is disassembled and prepared for spray finishing.
Our talented spray finishing department carry out the final stages of preparing each part carefully to ensure each piece is finished to the highest standards. The sprayers then apply the specified finish process, which ranges from painted, stained and lacquered to ultra high gloss finishes like piano black which is always a showstopper.
Following spray finishing, the items are re-assembled to ensure the fit and finish remain at the high quality expected and carry out the final fit of handles, lighting and other ancillaries. The parts are then separated into their delivery assemblies and carefully wrapped to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Our specialist installation team will prepare the area for installation, applying protection where required to ensure the newly laid expensive white carpet or silk mural wall finishes are not going to be damaged by our works in the room. Our team will then systematically install the items as specified and ensure that any site specific work such as electric connections are co-ordinated with the other companies on site to ensure a smooth and straightforward install. We pride ourselves on our collaboration with our clients and their teams to ensure the process remains as low stress as possible.
Our project management team provide continuous oversight across all projects, whether one item or a three hundred bedroom hotel, to ensure communication is timely and consistent and provide mitigation strategies for any potential issues or delays that may arise in the natural course of construction and renovation projects.
